2. Preparation

  1. Stir the protein powder into the almond milk, then mix with the quark.
  2. Sweeten the quark mixture with Chunky Flavour Vanilla Perfection and set aside.
  3. Whip the light cream until fluffy and fold into the quark mixture.
  4. Place two ladyfingers in each of four bowls, drizzle with cold coffee or milk, and top with the quark-cream mixture.
  5. Smooth the surface and dust with cocoa powder.
  6. The dessert keeps for several days in the fridge – perfect for meal prep.
